Integrate with FMCSA Clearinghouse

Follow these steps to manage your Clearinghouse queries.

Step 1. Specify which month you run queries for a company

  1. Click "Groups" from the main navigation.
  2. Find and select the company.
  3. Set the "clearinghouse month", this will indicate when you plan to run queries for the particular company.

Step 2. Record when you have a consent form for a driver

  1. Click "Groups" from the main navigation.
  2. Find and select the company, then click "people" link on top left.
  3. Check off the "clearinghouse consent form" checkbox to indicate that you have a consent form for the driver.

Step 3. Generate a spreadsheet with a list of queries to run

  1. Click the "Groups" tab, then click "Reports" button and select Clearinghouse.
  2. Select the month, check the "has consent form" checkbox, and click "Generate."
  3. Click "Download" on top right and "CSV", this will give you a properly formatted spreadsheet you can upload to the FMCSA website to trigger the queries.
  4. You can also leave the "has consent form" checkbox unchecked if you want a list of drivers you still need to get consent forms for.
