Configure who receives specific reports

Follow these steps to configure the recipient for specific reports.

Step 1. Find the company page

  1. Click "Groups" from the main navigation.
  2. Find and select the company for which you want to configure the report recipients.

Step 2. Configure notifications

  1. From the company page, click on the "Notifications" link.
  2. Click on the "New Subscription" button.
  3. Search for the person that will be receiving the reports in the "Subscriber" box. Start by typing the first few letters of their name, and then select your recipient from the list of names that match your entry.
  4. Indicate how they would like to receive their reports in the "Type" field: either via email or fax.
    • You can also choose "print" for the notification type. In this case, when you go to deliver a report or reports you click the "download" button on the top right and "print only" and it will give you reports for those companies that are setup to have their reports printed.
    • There is also a "do not report" option. If this is selected, when you bulk send Specimens it will skip over these automatically. This is useful if you have a customer who only accesses their results via the web portal, for example.
  5. Select which notifications are to be included for this recipient. You may choose from:
    • Invoices
    • Drug Test Results
    • Random Selection Summaries
    • And More...

Step 3. Save

Click "Save". The new subscriber should now appear under "Notifications" link.

Note: You may find that the name of your contact does not appear as you type it into the Subscriber box. This problem often occurs because no email was added for that person. Check to see that an email has been assigned to them, and add one if there is none.
