Bulk Send Result Reports

To bulk send multiple results at the same time:

Step 1. Mark Tests as Ready to Send

  1. Go to the "Tests" tab. Notice there is a "status" dropdown next to the search bar with choices such as "Resulted", "Ready To Send", "Sent", and "Skipped".
    • "Pending" means this is a test record that does not have a result yet (this is often a random selection that has been created but not performed yet).
    • "Resulted" means a test that has a result but has not been sent to the client yet.
    • "Ready to Send" means a test has been marked ready to send (this is outlined in step 2 below).
    • "Sent" means the test has been sent to the client.
  2. Mark results as "Ready To Send".
    1. You can filter or search for specific specimen that will be marked as "Ready To Send". For example, you can choose "Resulted" in the dropdown and hit enter.
    2. Click on "Actions" and"Bulk Update".
    3. Select a new "sent status", "Ready To Send", and then click "Yes".
    4. The specimen from the previous search/filter results should now be marked as "Ready To Send". You can check this by clicking on the "Ready To Send" link.
    5. If you want to be more specific, you can use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the test list to select only a handful of tests and then click "bulk update" and repeat the steps above.

Step 2. Send Reports

  1. Choose "Ready To Send" in the dropdown and hit enter, and you can search through the "ready to send" reports. For example in the search field select "Donor Company", type in the company name and press enter, and when you go to the step (2) below, only the specimen results from these search results will actually be sent.
  2. Go to "Actions", click on "Send Reports", and click "Yes".
  3. It may take a few minutes for your reports to send, you can check back and click on the "Sent" or "Ready To Send" links to check if your reports were sent.
